This is definitely me.

There are many times when I’ve told people about my life, and many times where they’ve stared back at me with an intrigued and equally awestruck facial expression. “Brian, it seems like something new and crazy happens to you every day,” they sometimes respond. “You’re right,” I usually say. “And I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

The truth is, my life is bizarre, in a completely good kind of way. I’m always finding ways to make things more fun; after all, life’s just more enjoyable that way. I often suppose I’m a mature, thoughtful person with sporadic youthful tendencies. Life will always be awful and beautiful: it’s all a part of the crazy journey God has me on. And on that journey, I’ll likely take the road less traveled by, because I’m pretty sure that makes all the difference.
